Tom Kallman, owner of Kallman Insurance in Weston, helps his clients overcome the challenges of securing the right coverage for their businesses.

Tom has been in the Insurance Business since 1980 as an Insurance Adjuster, Agency Owner in New York State, and Officer of a large Miami Based Agency, as well as President of TMK Risk Management Inc. Dba Kallman Insurance. He’s spoken on many forums about Insurance issues including WPLG 10 News, WNN 1470, WNWS News Radio, The Miami Herald, the National Underwriter, Best’s Review, The Governor’s Hurricane Conference and FEMA’s National Hurricane Conference. He has served on many Florida Association of Insurance Agent’s Boards, and has served on various committees’ of The Broward County School Board including The Facilities Task Force.
Tom is the Treasurer of the Weston Democratic Club, Weston Arts Council Treasurer, Broward County Florida VAB Board Member (Recent & Only Appointment By The Entire School Board of Broward County) , The University of Miami Sports Hall Of Fame Committee Board. Tom is one of three founding members of the Weston Business Chamber, and is past Chairman of that Chamber as well as past director of The Greater Ft Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce.
He also dedicates his time to the development of The Rotary Club of Weston where he has been Chairman of their annual “Free Concert In The Park” which draws thousands of local Weston residents each March to Weston Regional Park.
Tom has contributed for many years to the Sun Sentinel Newspaper Group writing on various insurance topics.
Alison Kallman, Agent

Alison Kallman of Kallman Insurance has developed a diverse knowledge of the insurance industry and the various coverage options appropriate for area businesses. She has been particularly successful in writing policies for high value homes, events and attractions, commercial real estate and restaurants/taverns/clubs.
Kallman Insurance is a full service commercial property, casualty and liability agency, as well as handling residential and personal lines. In her first position there as office administrator Kallman was able to utilize her sales and organizational skills, learn about the insurance industry and begin training to become a licensed agent. In 2010 she was promoted to Account Manager.
Early in 2012 she enrolled part-time in the Gold Coast School of Insurance while continuing to work full-time at Kallman Insurance, and in July of 2012 achieved her goal of becoming a licensed insurance agent. She utilizes a full range of resources to ensure that all clients are properly covered and serviced.
Kallman is the third generation in her family to become an insurance agent. She regularly takes continuing education courses to remain current with industry standards and requirements, and is a member of the FAIA, Florida Association of Insurance Agents. Of Cuban descent, she is a Spanish speaker.

Jacqueline joined Kallman Insurance Agency in July, 2004; Jacqueline carries extensive knowledge, and experience in Banking and Finance Management where she has spent much of her career for a major Bank in Dade County.
Her background has enabled her to master the technical aspect in the field of Insurance very quickly, efficiently and effectively; her main goal deals with the selection of a quality product tailored to the insured’s needs keeping in mind cost and delivering quality service.
